We are monitoring all Maryland Health Department advisories, and adhering to CDC guidelines as it relates to the outbreak. While the numbers of those affected in our region remains low. The PGCBGC is looking at all methods to mitigate transmission and possible exposure to our great student athletes and their families. So, after careful consideration, and recent events, We have decided to suspend all PGCBGC related activities and events indefinitely, this includes the upcoming 2020 PGCBGC Basketball Playoffs scheduled for (3/14, 3/15 and 3/21), all PGCBGC Practices and the 2020 Spring Sports schedules.

More information regarding COVID -19.
COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person, between people who are in close contact with one another and through contact with respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. The Coronavirus is characterized by fever (above 100 degrees), cough, and shortness of breath.
The federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities are still focusing great attention on prevention methods such as: hand washing; covering your nose and mouth when sneezing/coughing; social distancing; and, staying home when sick. Therefore, if you or your child are sick, stay home and limit contact with others.
